2. We Receive Your Delivery Manifesto

After your items are packed and labelled, our team will be on hand to initiate the delivery process.

After receiving your delivery manifest (for larger shippers, this can be done through Electronic Data Interchange), our system sends out a notification to the consumer to advise them that we’ve taken ownership of their order and what to expect from us as a service.

To ensure accurate information transfer, the delivery manifest should contain vital details such as:
